About Us

Timothy Frank began practicing law in May 1986, when he took over his late father's law office. Tim's father, Paul, persevered through hardship to become a successful attorney and the Mayor of Springville. Paul's strength and character inspired Tim to follow in his father's footsteps, putting himself through law school and becoming a successful attorney and a Judge in the Town of Concord.
